Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate upon hire, required.
• Current BLS upon hire and maintain current.
• Possesses knowledge of Medical Terminology.
• Minimum six months of previous experience in an acute care hospital or physician’s office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and provide basic nursing care to non-critical patients under the supervision of the Registered Nurse.
• Help maintain a safe environment within the unit.
• Support nursing staff in basic patient care tasks as needed.
