Qualifications

• Must have state CMA or CMA/TMA certification per location requirements.
• CNA certification strongly recommended and assumed prior to CMA/TMA progression.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under supervision.
• Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse.
• Document care outcomes, meds, and changes in resident conditions.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, range of motion, and activities of daily living.
