Job summary

US Foods, Inc. is hiring CDL-A drivers for night routes delivering to customers. You will safely drive, unload, verify deliveries, and collect payments where applicable; routes often run 10pm–3am with 4 or 5-day workweeks.

Training base rate is $24.87/hour, with after-training component pay based on miles, cases, and stops; overtime is available. Benefits include health insurance, retirement, paid time off, disability, stock purchase plan, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license with required endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registration is required.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Six months of commercial driving experience or three months in food/beverage delivery.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive trucks to customers and meet delivery times.
• Unload products using two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand.
• Verify delivery accuracy with customers and obtain signatures.
• Handle collections/payments from customers when applicable.
• Provide professional customer service to enhance client experience.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
