Job summary

XPO Logistics, Inc. in Paducah, KY is seeking a Truck Driver - Home Daily - CDL A - Night Shift. You will safely operate a tractor-trailer and support customer service while handling freight efficiently.

The role offers a starting pay of $29.35 per hour, night shift, full health insurance on day one, life and disability insurance, 13 days of PTO in your first year, nine paid holidays, a 401(k) with company match, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Safe driving record and history.
• Willing to obtain Hazmat, Tank, and Doubles/Triples endorsements within 90 days of employment.
• Pass a DOT drug test with no positive tests or refusals in 3 years.
• Possess or obtain a DOT Medical Certification Card or pass company DOT physical.
• Available to work a flexible schedule up to 12–14 hours a day, including day, night, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer, including doubles and triples.
• Provide excellent service to customers, including generating sales leads.
• Load and unload freight.
