Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Switcher II-CDL to move trailers between docks and yard, inspect for issues, and support inbound/outbound operations in a safe, efficient manner.

The role requires CDL-A, 1–3 years of experience, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and comfort with a noisy, non-climate controlled environment. Schedule is Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM; pay is $28.00-$29.70 per hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 to 3 years of work experience.
• CDL-A license.
• PIT Certification preferred or required in some positions.
• Willingness to operate PIT equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Transport trailers between docks and designated drop parking locations.
• Inspect trailers for mechanical issues and safety hazards.
• Maintain organization of the trailer yard.
• Operate forklift/PIT equipment when required.
• Follow management directions and safety protocols.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
