Job summary

HOLT CAT is seeking a Shuttle Driver in San Antonio to safely load, unload, and deliver parts on a night- shift. The role requires a Class A CDL, DOT compliance, and a minimum of 3 years of heavy-truck experience.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License with Class A CDL, with ability to maintain license.
• Driver must be qualified and certified for vehicle operation.
• More than 3 years’ experience operating a truck trailer combo.
• Must be able to drive manual transmission.

Responsibilities

• Shift hours from midnight to 11:00 AM.
• Load, unload, and deliver parts on schedule to shuttle boxes and stores.
• Secure material on the truck and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Complete DOT daily logs accurately and without misrepresentation; no more than three moving violations in 12 months.
• Complete driver’s daily inspection and recommend repairs.
• Maintain a clean appearance of the assigned vehicle.
• Travel to Holt CAT locations as needed.
• Work with Parts Systems Manager on various projects.
• Adhere to safety policies and company standards; perform other duties as assigned.
