Palmdale Oil Company is hiring a Nighttime Transport Fuel Driver in Tampa, FL. The role requires a Class A CDL with HazMat and Tanker Endorsement and a TWIC card. You will operate a 53’ tractor-trailer, deliver fuels, and coordinate with the home terminal to ensure timely service.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of verifiable commercial driving experience, a strong safety record, and a customer-focused, professional demeanor. DOT compliance and a clean driving record are essential.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL with HazMat and Tanker “X” Endorsement.
• TWIC card required.
• Minimum 3 years verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Must be licensed to operate the assigned vehicle.
• Able to lift 100 pounds.
• Overtime and rotating Saturdays as needed.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Outstanding safety record.
• Clean driving record with no serious violations.
• Must meet all DOT/Federal and State requirements for operation of CMVs.
• Maintain a clean presentation of driver and vehicle.
• Stable work history.

Responsibilities

• Operates a 53’ tractor-trailer truck within a 100-mile radius of the home terminal.
• Prepares and provides documentation for delivery and pickup of fuels.
• Delivers fuel and diesel per customer needs and company policies.
• Maintains contact with home terminal/dispatch for instructions and route changes.
• Keeps travel log compliant with Federal and State regulations.
