Job summary

XPO is hiring a Truck Driver for the Night Shift (home daily) in Lumberton, NC. You will operate a tractor-trailer, including doubles/triples, with a CDL A and night schedule.

Pay starts at $28.61/hour with comprehensive benefits, including health insurance from day one, life and disability coverage, PTO, holidays, a 401(k) match, and education assistance. Roles include loading/unloading freight and delivering outstanding customer service while generating sales leads.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old
• Valid Class A commercial driver’s license
• Safe driving record and history
• Endorsements within 90 days of employment
• Pass a DOT drug test and have no positive tests or refusals in last 3 years
• DOT Medical Certification Card or pass company DOT physical
• Available to work a flexible schedule up to 12–14 hours daily
• Preferred: hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer, including doubles/triples
• Provide excellent service to customers and generate sales leads
• Load and unload freight

Skills

Valid Class A CDL
