Job summary

Core-Mark is hiring a CDL-A driver for night dispatch routes, delivering food and related products to customers across intrastate and interstate routes. You will be the face of our company, ensuring on-time deliveries, accurate paperwork, and safe handling of goods while adhering to DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Meet state licensing/certification requirements.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• Attains or has valid current DOT Health Card.
• Capable of lifting and using equipment to move cases and freight.

Responsibilities

• Communicates professionally with customers, vendors and co-workers.
• Drives tractor trailer or straight truck to deliver food products on schedule.
• Performs safety checks and inspections per DOT regulations.
• Unloads and secures freight at customer locations.
• Completes required paperwork and delivery verification with customers.
• Maintains logs of hours of service as required.
