Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Driver in Tolleson, AZ to deliver food products to customers on intrastate and interstate routes, including overnight trips. You will perform safety checks and load/unload goods, ensuring on-time delivery in compliance with DOT regulations.

The role requires a CDL-A, 12+ months experience, MVR clean, and ability to handle manual handling. First-year pay ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits begin Day 1.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A is required and candidate must be 21+.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• 12+ months CDL A tractor trailer driving experience.
• Attains or has valid DOT Health Card or can obtain one.
• Able to hand-lift and move freight up to 60–90 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor-trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes, including overnight deliveries.
• Perform pre/post-trip safety checks and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
• Unload and load goods, secure freight, and obtain proper customer signatures.
• Ensure timely delivery and professional interaction with customers.
