Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. in Barberton, OH is seeking an entry level Cast House Saw Operator for a full-time night shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM). The role offers starting pay at $20.61/hour with an additional $1.00/hour shift differential, plus comprehensive company benefits.

Responsibilities include operating production equipment, rotating duties, following safety procedures, and completing required paperwork in a production environment. Training is provided; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Read and understand all warning labels, JSA and MSDS.
• Ability to be Mobile Equipment and LOTOV Certified.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• 1 year manufacturing experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to meet quality and production targets.
• Rotate between duties as required in a fast-paced cast house environment.
• Follow safety procedures and complete paperwork accurately.
• Perform TPM-related tasks and maintain 5S standards.
• Inspect equipment and participate in problem solving to identify root causes.
