Job summary

Purity Dairies in Nashville is hiring a Case Dock Laborer to support production by handling empty cases, maintaining equipment, and assisting with inbound/outbound pallets. The role requires a 3rd shift, Monday–Friday 10 pm–6:30 am, with Saturdays as needed, in a wet environment.

You will follow GMP, collaborate across departments, and help ensure timely production. Starting pay is up to $20.25 per hour with a full benefits package and growth opportunities within DFA family farms.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work in a wet environment.
• Flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Move empty cases from truck and ensure conveyor tracks are filled.
• Maintain and clean equipment in the assigned area.
• Follow GMP and communicate across departments.
• Support production schedules by ensuring empty cases are available.
