Job summary

Worley is seeking a Site Services Helper to support the lead carpenter with construction, installation, and repair of structures and fixtures at our job sites. You will collect materials, keep areas clean, and use hand and power tools under supervision.

This role emphasizes measuring, cutting, and shaping wood, setting up work areas, and assisting with concrete pads. The position requires basic construction experience, safety-mindedness, and clear communication with supervisors and tradespeople.

Qualifications

• 1 year of industrial construction experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain quality workmanship.
• Effective communication with supervisors and tradespeople.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead carpenter with construction, installation, and repair tasks.
• Collect materials, keep work areas clean, and use hand/power tools under supervision.
• Assist with measuring, cutting, and shaping wood and other materials.
• Help set up and relocate work areas as needed.
• Place and finish small concrete pads as housekeeping spaces.
• Demonstrate safe work practices and maintain stocked materials.
