Job summary

Oakmont of Torrance, a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group, is hiring a Care Provider to deliver daily personal care and support to residents. The role includes ADL assistance, safety-focused service, and collaborative teamwork in a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

The position offers Friday and Saturday NOC shifts from 10 pm to 6 am, with a pay range of $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, and a benefits package including health coverage, paid time off, meals,

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Written and verbal skills to interact with staff, supervisors, physicians and residents.
• Background check, health screening and possible vaccination requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living per care plan.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while preserving dignity and safety.
• Report changes in residents' condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with co-workers and other departments.
