Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in West Saint Paul, MN, is seeking caring caregivers to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You’ll provide personalized support to residents, engage in meaningful activities, and help maintain a warm, person-centered environment.

We welcome CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, RAs, or NARs with a heart for seniors. Training is provided, and all shifts (PT & FT) include every other weekend. CPR/First Aid knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (we’ll train you!).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.
• NOC Shift (10PM-6AM) Availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
