Job summary

Meadow Falls of Richmond in Richmond Heights, Ohio, is seeking a compassionate Night Shift Caregiver to provide exceptional care to residents and support their physical, emotional, and social well‑being.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to implement personalized care plans, assist with ADLs, and maintain a safe, respectful environment while building strong relationships with residents and their families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in caregiving; willingness to learn.
• Valid Ohio CNA certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care to residents, including assistance with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition or behavior to the nursing staff
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including laundry, housekeeping, and meal assistance

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive care environment
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations

As a Night Shift Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
