Job summary

A leading senior living operator is seeking compassionate Care Partners in California to support residents' daily living needs in Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will provide personal care, assist with meals, and communicate changes in residents' conditions to ensure safe, high-quality care. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, at least one year of caregiving experience, and strong interpersonal skills. Qualifications

• At least one year of caregiving or similar experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and complete documentation accurately.
• Ability to meet health requirements including TB testing.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living needs in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Document changes in resident condition per company policy.
• Assist with meal service including serving and dining room cleanliness.
