Vanderbilt Health in Nashville, TN is seeking compassionate Care Partners (Nursing Assistants) to provide hands-on patient care and support clinical procedures on a night shift. The role includes assisting with day-to-day patient care, blood draws, Foley care, and documentation under supervision of a licensed nurse.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma/GED, with options including RN program enrollment or CNA certification, plus relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• Current enrollment in an RN program with first-semester completion preferred.
• Graduation from a Nursing Assistant/Aide Training Program within the past year (certificate required).
• At least 1 year of experience as Care Partner, Nursing Assistant, or Patient Care Technician.

Responsabilités

• Assist with the delivery of patient care and maintenance of unit environmental standards under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist with day-to-day delivery of patient care.
• Facilitate efficient and safe patient care and flow by following work area standards.
• Serve as a liaison for communication and education of patient and family needs.
• Supports unit operations and patient flow by maintaining supplies, equipment, and unit environmental standards.
