Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-Wahpeton is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant (CNA) to join our night shift team in Wahpeton, ND. You will provide resident care and report to the clinical team to support safety and well‑being.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, following care plans, and ensuring compassionate communication with residents, families and staff. Schedule is set, with every other weekend and shifts from 6:00 pm–6:30 am and/or 10:00 pm–6:30 am.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must be able to observe and report resident status and implement care plans.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The Care Assistant provides resident care and reports to clinical team members.
• The Care Assistant performs and/or assists in general care and services for residents as outlined in care plans.
