Job summary

Cottage Care - St. Maries Assisted Living in St Maries, ID is seeking a dedicated Cottage Care Aide to provide direct care under residents\' care plans. You will assist with daily living activities, medications under RN supervision, and support mobility and safety.

A CNA license and FBI background check are required. Strong communication, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are essential. CPR/First Aid certification is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older with a HS diploma or GED.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license is required.
Must pass FBI background check and maintain background clearance.
CPR and First Aid certification required or obtainable.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

Help clients with activities of daily living and personal care.
Assist with showering, grooming, dressing, and basic skin care.
Assist with medications under RN supervision and after training.
Record vitals, height, weight, and progress notes daily.
Support meal prep, feeding, and dietary needs.
Escort clients to appointments and activities.
Perform light housekeeping and laundry in rooms and common areas.
