Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Cardiac and Vascular Ultrasound Technologist for Tulsa, OK. This role performs diagnostic cardiac/vascular ultrasound, providing measurements and images to cardiologists for accurate diagnosis and support during complex procedures in OR, Hybrid lab, and Cath lab, including TAVR and SAVR.

Night shift, 12 hours/day, 3 days/week. Requires ARDMS/CCI registry (RDCS/RVT or RCS/RVS), BLS, HS diploma; 6 months of related experience; ability to work independently and communicate

Qualifications

• Six months of related experience.
• Ability to work independently and think critically.
• Ability to communicate with surgeons, physicians, and staff regarding ultrasound results.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates correct technique and judgment in advanced cardiac/vascular procedures.
• Performs cardiac ultrasound including TEE and stress echo as required.
• Reviews pertinent patient data before procedures.
• Operates equipment to obtain optimal diagnostic recordings and documents data accurately.
• Notifies the reading physician of abnormal results and assists with complex procedures.
