Job summary

Wellstar Cobb Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Night shift on the 21-bed MedSurg Cardiac unit. The RN provides proactive, evidence-based care within a multidisciplinary team, supported by Wellstar governance.

Candidates must have an Associate's or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred); RN license; BLS; and less than 1 year of direct patient care experience. Sign-on bonus and relocation offered for eligible hires.

Qualifications

• Education requirements include an Associate's degree in nursing or a nursing diploma.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred; licensure required upon hire.
• Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, safe patient care on a 21-bed MedSurg Cardiac unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team under Wellstar governance model.
• Assist in teaching and supporting patient families and care planning.
