Job summary

Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a registered nurse for the 6 West 2 Cardiac Telemetry unit on the night shift (7pm-7am). This full-time role focuses on leading a patient-centered care team for chest pain, pacemakers, heart failure, and post-cath patients.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), active RN licensure in the state, and about one year of related experience. Relocation assistance up to $7,500 is offered as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; RN licensure required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 4-year degree recommended.
• One year of relevant nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the healthcare team by establishing a personalized relationship with the patient and their support system.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized plan of care.
• Deliver care in accordance with current policies and procedures.
