Job summary

A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 pounds are also needed. Applicants should be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, read and write, and complete a basic office skills test prior to start.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cooking principles.
• Year of cooking experience in restaurant, Publix cafeteria, or culinary school.
• Food Safety Professionals certification or equivalent (within 90 days).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicle.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Able to read, write, and solve math problems.
• Complete Basic Office Skills Test before start date.
• Able to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, twist.
