Job summary

CC Holdings is hiring for Night Supervisors at the Au Bon Pain Methodist Hospital location. The role includes sandwich artist, cashier, and CSR duties with a starting rate up to $18.00 per hour. Shifts run 3:00pm – 11:00pm seven days a week; both full-time and part-time positions available.

Ideal candidates are fully vaccinated (including COVID-19) and have supervisory experience in the food industry. Join us for a fun, fast-paced environment with opportunities across the team.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in the food industry is preferred.
• Customer service skills are required to handle requests and inquiries.
• Strong communication abilities and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily shift activities and staff performance.
• Maximizes customer satisfaction by handling requests or complaints.
• Maintains a tidy, stocked workspace to ensure smooth service.
• Performs sandwich artist/cashier/CSR tasks as assigned.
• Assembles sandwiches, wraps, salads, and bowls following recipes and standards.
• Processes cash, debit, and credit transactions at the POS and balances the drawer.
• Provides customer service and communicates promotions to customers.
• Trains new barista/cashier and supports team.
