Job summary

Quanex is seeking dedicated Production Associates to join our team in Orwell, Ohio. You will perform a variety of manufacturing tasks for cabinet doors, including sanding, woodworking machinery, and packaging.

The starting wage is $20.40–$31.75 per hour (20% shift differential) with a Monday-Thursday schedule, 8:15pm–6:45am. We offer comprehensive benefits, 401(k), stock purchase plan, tuition assistance, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and ability to concentrate on repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, orderly work areas.
• Monitor product quality to meet standards.
• Receive directions from supervisor and notify when more work is needed.
• Support other areas as workload requires and promote teamwork.
