Quanex is seeking a Production Associate for the 1st shift in St. Cloud, Minnesota. You will help produce high-quality products, meet production goals, and uphold quality standards while learning and operating new equipment.

The role offers a clear path for growth, training opportunities, and comprehensive benefits including health coverage, PTO, a 401(k) match, and tuition support. Expect a 6:00am to 2:30pm schedule with potential overtime on certain weeks.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education required.
• 6 months+ manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to perform detailed work with high concentration.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mentality required.
