Job summary

McLane is hiring a Bulk Picker in Fredericksburg, VA. You will select products from reserve locations to replenish pick slots, while operating at heights up to 28 feet and earning a competitive pay rate with comprehensive benefits.

The role requires McLane forklift certification (turret) and a forklift test, with duties including maintenance support, safety compliance, and daily warehouse activities. Shift: night 9:00 pm–5:30 am.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Read, write and understand English well enough to perform tasks.
• Basic computer skills and attention to safety protocols are required.

Responsibilities

• Select products from reserve locations to replenish pick slots.
• Maintain safe operation of equipment and perform preventive tasks as needed.
• Interpret drawings and specifications.
• Record and monitor usage and maintenance activities.
• Work in a team to support daily warehouse operations.
• Follow all safety policies to prevent injuries and product damage.
