Montgomery College, Rockville Campus, is seeking an FT Assistant Building Services Supervisor for the Office of Facilities. The position operates Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM, and is non-bargaining, exempt, grade 21.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of building custodial experience.
• Two years of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Valid driver’s license and evidence of good driving record.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, certification and/or experience that provides required knowledge and expertise.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard custodial functions and routine maintenance on related equipment.
• Supervise assigned staff: assign duties, set priorities, monitor performance.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching; address disciplinary actions.
