Job summary

Stemilt Growers LLC. in Wenatchee, WA, is hiring a full-time Box Machine Operator for the A Line – Euclid Plant. Night shift, 3:30 pm–12:30 am, Monday–Friday, with hours that may vary by production.

You will lead a team of four box makers, feed and maintain the box machine, ensure inventory of boxes, and prepare materials for the next shift while keeping the area clean and safe. This position requires pre-employment drug testing and physical stamina.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Read and follow English running orders and machine instructions.
• Experience reading pack schedules.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to stand 8–10 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Feed flat cardboard stock into box machine.
• Be in charge of a group of 4 box makers.
• Check and reload glue, lubricating and maintaining the box machine.
• Assure the Production line is stocked with boxes at all times.
• Prepare boxes for next shift.
• Maintain machine and operating area clean.
• Review package quality to meet company standards.
• Monitor label and tray denester machines and keep them supplied.
• Clean and refill label cassettes and keep area organized.
