Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Mount Prospect, IL is seeking a Part-time Mechanic to keep bowling lanes, pinspotters, and center equipment in top condition. You will perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs, with evening and night shifts.

Follow safety procedures, maintain a clean shop, and assist the Senior Mechanic with training new mechanics. Perks include free bowling and food/beverage discounts, with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of mechanical experience.
• High School Diploma with math emphasis (optional).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to train new mechanics.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays.
• Proven team player.

Responsibilities

• Abide by and maintain all safety procedures as required by Lucky Strike Entertainment and OSHA.
• Keep the center equipment in full working order.
• Operate all bowling equipment in the center.
• Adhere to preventative maintenance programs and monitor daily center maintenance as instructed.
• Keep the shop and machine area clean and organized.
• Assist the Senior Mechanic with training of new Mechanics.
