Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Part-time Mechanic in Illinois to maintain bowling lanes and related equipment. You will perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs, ensuring all machinery operates reliably.

The role requires at least 1 year of mechanical experience, strong math skills, and excellent communication. Evening and night shifts with weekend availability are required; compensation reflects a $16–$20.96/hour range with perks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of mechanical experience.
• High School Diploma with a strong emphasis on algebra, geometry, and applied mathematics preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Abide by and maintain all safety procedures as required by Lucky Strike Entertainment and OSHA.
• Keep the center equipment in full working order.
• Fully understand how to operate all bowling equipment in the center.
• Adhere to preventive maintenance programs and perform daily center maintenance as instructed.
• Take charge and keep the shop and machine area clean and organized.
• Assist the Senior Mechanic with training of new Mechanics.
