Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is assisting in the recruitment of a Blow Molding Operator / Technician (Nights) in Franklin Park, IL. The role focuses on operating and monitoring blow molding equipment, with mold changes, adjustments and basic troubleshooting to maintain quality and process control.

You will work 12-hour rotating nights, receive training and have opportunities for progression within a long-standing manufacturing environment that values its employees.

Qualifications

• Experience in blow molding, plastics, extrusion, packaging or similar manufacturing.
• Good mechanical understanding and hands-on machine experience.
• Comfortable with basic troubleshooting.
• Able to carry out quality checks.
• Blow molding experience with Uniloy or Bekum is preferred (not essential).

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor blow molding equipment.
• Carry out mold changes, machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting.
• Monitor temperatures and process conditions.
• Perform quality checks.
• Work 12-hour rotating night shifts (3 on, 2 off, 4 on, 2 off).
