Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and basic reading, writing, math, and critical thinking skills.
• At least 1 year of technical processing, maintenance or troubleshooting experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and comfort operating press machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-molding and injection molding machines.
• Troubleshoot and adjust machines.
• Perform routine maintenance.
• Adhere to customer specifications and safety procedures.
• Demonstrate safe work practices and ability to drive a powered industrial truck.
• Comply with GMP, Food Safety, and Food Quality regulations.
• Run 1 molding machine platform and support equipment to meet specifications.
• Progression opportunities to Level 2, 3, and Lead MT roles.
