Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Machine Operator II for the night shift in West Hazleton, PA. Candidates should have 3–5 years of manufacturing extrusion experience with demonstrated expertise operating complex machinery.

You will run plastic blow molding machines, perform mold changes, monitor processes for safety and quality, and support continuous improvement efforts. Limited travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in manufacturing.
• Experience operating complex machinery on a production line.
• Ability to maintain safety, quality and GMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment to produce containers safely and with high quality.
• Perform mold, insert and color changes on the line.
• Conduct basic processing adjustments to improve machine efficiency and reduce scrap.
• Assist in preventative maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Record documentation accurately and communicate processing information to shift teammates.
