Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Machine Operator for Verona, PA, to run blow-mold/PET/injection molding lines and support equipment. You will troubleshoot process issues, perform minor maintenance, and ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards on a 12hr night shift.

The role requires basic math and computer skills, and prior blow mold experience. Starting pay is $22.25/hr with overtime potential, and the work environment is a fast-paced production plant.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Operates blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines to produce bottles and ensure quality.
• Performs bottle inspections and quality checks during production, packaging and labeling.
• Keeps work area clean and organized; adheres to GMP and safety standards.
• Documents daily production reports including rejects, regrinds and line efficiencies.
• Escalates bottle abnormalities or defects immediately for corrective action.
