Job summary

Seqirus in Holly Springs, NC, is seeking a shop floor team member to support high-quality biological production. You’ll work nights (6PM–6AM) in a fast-paced facility, following SOPs to clean, assemble, sterilize, and operate production equipment on the line.

The role emphasizes safe, compliant production, documentation, and collaboration with automation and QA teams. A background in pharma/biotech or sterile environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ transferrable skills OR bachelor’s degree with 0+ years’ experience; pharma/biotech sterile production preferred
• Basic knowledge of cGMP requirements preferred
• Experience executing SOPs and documenting work preferred
• Basic mechanical/technical aptitude or familiarity with process equipment preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate on the shop floor in production under cGMP guidelines.
• Clean, prep, sterilize production equipment and spaces as required.
• Record activities and document compliance per SOPs and BPRs.
• Assist with Qualification and Validation activities and issue CAPAs as needed.
