Job summary

CSL Vifor seeks a shop floor operator for our manufacturing organization in North Carolina. The role trains on technical skills to manufacture high-quality biologicals safely, in a cGMP-compliant, cost-efficient production environment, on the night shift.

Responsibilities include preparing and sterilizing equipment, cleaning production rooms, and executing SOPs and BPRs. You will document activities in PAS, BAS, LIMS, SAP and LiveLink, and support validation activities and CAPA investigations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or associate’s degree; 1+ years transferrable skills, or bachelor’s with 0+ years experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and/or sterile production environments preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cGMP requirements; SOP execution and documentation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Becomes trained on basic processes and supports production on the shop floor.
• Follows safety and cGMP requirements in all tasks.
• Prepares, cleans, and sterilizes production equipment.
• Cleans and disinfects production rooms.
• Assembles and disassembles equipment and sets up lines.
• Executes process steps per SOPs and BPRs.
• Documents activities per cGMPs; interfaces with PAS, BAS, LIMS, SAP.
