Job summary

Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI) is seeking Bioprocess Associates for night shifts (5pm–5am) with a rotating schedule. The role involves supporting commercial manufacturing of therapeutic proteins under cGMP guidelines in a cleanroom environment.

The candidate should have 1+ year GMP experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to train on production equipment and automation systems while collaborating with Quality, Materials, and Maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; science-related degree preferred but not required.
• 1+ years in GMP environment or similar manufacturing setting.
• Attention to detail and personal accountability.
• Proficiency with common computer tools (word processing, spreadsheets, web apps).
• Ability to work in a team and interact with Quality and Materials Management.

Responsibilities

• Works on routine manufacturing assignments per written procedures and identifies deviations.
• Adheres to GMPs and SOPs.
• Weighs and checks raw materials; prepares and maintains clean, sterilized equipment; monitors processes.
• Trains for proficiency in production equipment (bioreactors, chromatography skids, media/buffer prep).
• Trains for process automation systems (DeltaV, Syncade) and business systems (SAP, Infinity, Maximo).
• Assists in revising/creating process documents and maintaining inventories.
• Supports a safe work environment and teamwork across Bioprocess groups.
