Job summary

Holiday Wholesale seeks a bilingual Translator to join our Night Warehouse team in Wisconsin Dells. You will translate spoken and written Spanish to English and back, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.

You will attend meetings, assist with reports, and help train Spanish-speaking employees while maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced, physical warehouse environment. Night shifts run Mon-Thu starting at 5:00 PM with an attendance bonus; candidates must be fluent in both languages

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish required.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate spoken and written Spanish to English and vice versa in various contexts.
• Translate statements or questions in the desired language.
• Attend and translate meetings to facilitate conversations between Spanish-speaking and English-speaking employees.
• Assist with training Spanish-speaking employees and answer job-related questions.
• Protect confidentiality of information and adhere to ethical codes.
• Handle office tasks such as running reports as needed.
• Sort and assist with warehouse tasks including selecting orders and navigating around equipment.
