Job summary

UCBEnvironmental in Milwaukee, WI is hiring a Warehouse Shift Lead (Bilingual: Spanish & English). You will oversee front dock operations, safety, and daily production planning while maintaining accurate inventory and guiding a team of production workers.

The role requires at least 5 years in warehouse/manufacturing and 2+ years lead experience; bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus. Competitive hourly pay between $18 and $22, Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm CT, with bonuses and profit-sharing.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience: At least 5 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience, 2+ years lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Daily Production Planning: Discuss daily production needs with the production manager.
• Staffing Management & Training: Ensure proper staffing and on-floor coaching.
• Forklift Coordination: Direct forklift drivers and keep them on task.
• Trailer Status Updates: Communicate trailer status to minimize downtime.
• Safety Leadership: Enforce PPE policies and safety protocols.
• End-of-Shift Setup: Prepare totes and sorters with materials before shift end.
