Job summary

RHA Health Services is hiring a Behavioral Health Urgent Care Night Shift Team Leader to oversee shift operations, ensure access to crisis services, and supervise a multidisciplinary team. The role includes direct care, assessments, crisis interventions, and coordinating care across intake, triage, and discharge.

The ideal candidate will hold a graduate degree in a relevant field, possess NC licensure, and have at least one year of behavioral health experience with supervisory background.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field required.
• Licensure to provide mental/behavioral healthcare in NC (LCMHC/LCSW/LMFT or relevant associate level license) required.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals with behavioral health issues preferred.
• Employee supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of an interdisciplinary team providing services in the community.
• Providing evidence-based individual therapy in a variety of settings.
• Facilitating relationships between treatment team, individual, natural supports, guardians, local agencies and the community.
• Minimizing the negative effects of psychiatric symptoms or substance dependence that interfere with daily living and development.
• Supporting skill-building activities including daily living, socialization, adaptation, behavior and anger management.
• Overseeing and participating in a first responder on-call system for individuals served.

Education
