Job summary

Oakwood Springs in Oklahoma City is seeking a Behavioral Health Tech to join our night shift team. You will support the therapeutic milieu under RN supervision, ensure program delivery, supervise patients, and uphold safety and dignity for all patients and guests.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with MVR proof, CPR certification within 30 days, CPI training within 30 days, and age-specific training as required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• License: Valid driver's license and a favorable MVR with proof of insurance when using personal or hospital vehicle.
• Certification: CPR certification within 30 days of employment and CPI training within 30 days of employment.
• Additional age-specific training within 30 days of employment as required.

Responsibilities

• Support the therapeutic milieu under RN direction, ensuring schedule and program delivery.
• Supervise patients, maintain safety, and treat patients and guests with respect and dignity.
