Job summary

Eagle View Behavioral Health in Bettendorf, Iowa, is seeking Registered Nurses for night shifts. NEW GRADS welcome. The role offers a base pay of $40–$50 per hour plus shift differentials, with a set schedule for full-time or part-time evening coverage.

Onsite, RN licensure and CPR required; de-escalation/restraint training preferred. Responsibilities include assessing, administering meds, documenting care, coordinating with the treatment team, and aiding admission/discharge processes.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved/accredited school of nursing.
• One+ years of nursing experience preferred in relevant clinical setting.
• Experience in behavioral health/psychiatric/addiction recovery environment preferred.
• Knowledge of psychotropic medications and medication administration procedures.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate care by assessing physical and behavioral health needs.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans and document medical records.
• Administer medications with two patient identifiers and monitor effects.
• Communicate changes in patient status to providers and document orders.
• Contribute to admission/discharge processes and hand-off reports.
• Collaborate with treatment team and educate patients and families.
