Qualifications

• Valid RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Perform crisis intervention and implement behavior management techniques.
• Assess and respond to de-escalation needs and safety risks.
• Monitor patient status and coordinate with interdisciplinary team.
• May float to similar units based on facility needs; weekend coverage may be required.
