Job summary

Required: CNA program or Nursing Fundamentals; BLS certification; six months of nursing assistant experience in hospital/ER or acute psychiatric settings; MAB training within ninety days.

Qualifications

• CNA program completed or Nursing Fundamentals completed.
• BLS certification required.
• Six months nursing assistant experience in hospital/ER/psychiatric settings preferred.
• MAB training within ninety days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision.
• Assist with hygiene, feeding, mobility and positioning.
• Perform safety rounds and monitor patient conditions.
• Prepare patients for meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Document care and communicate changes to the team.
