Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the third shift (nights) to deliver high-quality, compassionate care across diverse patient populations. Qualifications

• All Direct Care Registered Nurses must have Basic Life Support within 90 days of hire.
• Critical Care/Intermediate Care Unit requires ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Emergency Care requires ACLS & PALS within 90 days of hire.
• Oncology Care requires ONS/ONCC or Sentara approved Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Card within 6 months of hire.
• Women’s Care requires Perinatal departments; Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certification within 6 months of hire.
• Inpatient Pediatrics requires PALS within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care across diverse patient populations.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Monitor vitals, respond to changes with appropriate interventions, and document care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure safety.
