You will prepare breads, pastries, and related goods according to established recipes, manage packing and displays, and support store operations with reliable attendance and teamwork. Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and prepare baked goods.
• Regular attendance and reliability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service to customers.
• Assist customers with product selections, including suggestive selling.
• Prepare breads, rolls, doughnuts, and other pastries, including icings and frostings, per recipes.
• Proofs dough and bakes in oven using peel.
• Inspect product quality and adjust process as needed.
• Review production schedules and assemble supplies and equipment.
• Package and display baked goods; rotate stock.
• Record inventory and complete production sheets as required.
• Maintain clean work area and equipment per safety procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by store management.
