Qualifications

• Experience in bakery or food service preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers.
• Assist customers with product selections and suggestive selling.
• Process incoming bakery products from plant and vendors.
• Prepare breads, rolls, doughnuts, and pastries per recipes.
• Cut, weigh, and shape dough; bake and monitor quality.
• Package products and stock displays in cases and on shelves.
• Record inventory and complete production sheets.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
