Job summary

Aramark in the United States is seeking a Night Shift Baker to join our Food Services Team. The role runs 1:00pm–9:00pm, with weekends Sun-Thu commitment, and involves baking per recipes and maintaining food safety standards.

Responsibilities include setting up workstations, measuring ingredients, operating ovens and mixers, and ensuring sanitation and asset security. Prior baking experience and food safety certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous baking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of baking methods, standards, and food safety regulations.
• Food safety certification required.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Bake and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes.
• Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, etc.
• Operate equipment such as ovens, stoves, mixers, etc.
• Safely use a variety of utensils including knives.
• Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation.
• Ensure security of company assets.
